In West Tisbury, JADE House Bed and Breakfast puts guests up in a lived-in island home: a family-run bed and breakfast, not a rental. Just minutes from beaches, bike paths, and popular Vineyard destinations, this home-run bed and breakfast blends comfort, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Owned and hosted by Joy and Alan, JADE House offers an authentic taste of Island life.

We offer three private second-floor guest rooms, each with its own unique charm and comfort. Rooms can be reserved individually, two at a time, or as a full suite, making our space ideal for individual travelers, couples, families, or groups of friends.

  • The Grand Room
Features a queen-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom.

  • The Twin Room
Includes two twin beds and a trundle, perfect for kids or friends traveling together. Shares a hallway bathroom with the Queen Room.

  • The Queen Room
Offers a cozy queen-sized bed and shares a hallway bathroom with the Twin Room.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet after a day out.

Each bedroom is available for individual booking or in any combination, including the entire house for full privacy and comfort. However you split the rooms up, Jade House works, and West Tisbury puts you in the middle of the island.
