Vineyard Haven harbor, live from the Mansion House
The camera belongs to the Mansion House Inn, Health Club & Spa, shown here with their kind permission. The picture refreshes every 15 seconds while you watch.
From the cupola on top of the Mansion House on Main Street, a short walk from the ferry, the camera looks out over the harbor: the moorings, the sailboats and the breakwater, with the island ferries coming and going.
Wildlife cams at Felix Neck
Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary in Edgartown, run by Mass Audubon, points two cameras at its nesting birds. In season you can watch eggs, chicks, feedings and the occasional squabble.
Osprey nest live cam
The resident ospreys return to this nest platform every spring. From spring through summer you can watch them fish, feed chicks, and defend the nest live. They head south for the winter, so in fall and winter the stream usually shows an empty nest until they are back.
Owl box live cam
This camera sits inside the sanctuary's barn owl box. 2026 was a quiet year: Mass Audubon reports that one adult was lost in April and no chicks were raised, and they hope a new pair will form. The surviving owl left for a few months and was back by September.

When the weather turns
If you are watching the cameras because of a storm, the boats are the first thing to check: the ferry guide explains cancellations and standby, and when there is an advisory, the banner at the top of every page follows the Steamship Authority and the National Weather Service.
