We filmed this bicycle ride through Vineyard Haven along two of its best-known streets, Franklin Street and Main Street. It shows the town at street level, the same blocks you'd cover on foot or by bike on a visit. Joshua Slocum, first to sail alone around the world, spent his last years farming in West Tisbury and vanished from Vineyard Haven harbor in November 1909.
