The Martha’s Vineyard Camp Meeting Association campground in Oak Bluffs: more than 300 Carpenter Gothic cottages from the 1860s and 1870s in circles around the 1879 Tabernacle, Trinity Methodist Church beside it, the lanes in daylight and in winter, and the one August night when every porch lights its lanterns.
